Somatic Trauma Therapy for
Nervous System Healing
You may appear steady on the outside while feeling anxious or overwhelmed underneath. Or you may feel anything but steady — unsure where to begin, disconnected from yourself, or caught in patterns that feel out of control.
You are not broken. Your nervous system may simply be carrying more than it was meant to hold alone.
I offer warm, collaborative, body-based therapy to help you find steadiness, clarity, and a renewed sense of agency.
You may resonate
with this work if you…
Feel anxious or chronically on edge
Carry attachment wounds or past trauma
Carrying grief or navigating loss
Desire growth, clarity, and empowerment
Many of the people I work with have spent years managing — pushing through, staying functional, finding ways to cope. And yet something still feels off. A persistent undercurrent of anxiety. A sense of disconnection from self or others. Patterns that keep repeating despite best efforts to change them.
This journey is for those who are ready to go beneath the surface — gently, and at a pace that feels right for you.
Those who step into this process often describe something shifting. A sense of feeling more anchored and present. Less overwhelmed by what used to feel unmanageable. More trust in their own instincts, and a deeper compassion for their bodies, themselves, and the experiences that brought them here. Some describe a fundamental change in how they understand and move through the world — a growing sense that they have real tools for difficult moments. This is the kind of change that tends to be quiet, deep, and lasting.
How I Work
My work blends somatic therapy and EMDR within a trauma-informed, attachment-informed framework to support lasting change. Trauma and chronic stress often live beneath conscious awareness — in the nervous system itself.
Rather than focusing solely on thoughts, I work directly with the body's responses — patterns of tension, shutdown, or reactivity — to gently expand your capacity for steadiness. I also work with the different parts of you that carry old pain, protective strategies, and your deepest capacity for healing — bringing them into relationship rather than pushing them aside.
I prioritize regulation and internal stability first, creating a foundation for deeper healing without overwhelm. Sessions are paced intentionally, with safety and collaboration guiding each step toward sustainable integration.

Reclaiming Wholeness Through the Wisdom of the Body
I am deeply committed to creating therapy that feels steady, respectful, and attuned. Many individuals I work with have spent years managing anxiety, relational wounds, or trauma responses that feel confusing or exhausting.
I believe symptoms make sense in context. When we slow down enough to understand the body's responses, healing becomes less about fixing and more about restoring connection.
Integrative & Body-Centered
My approach is rooted in the belief that mind, body, and spirit are not separate — they are woven together, each informing the other. Healing happens when we attend to the whole person: the nervous system, the relational history, and the body's inherent wisdom.
This is the foundation of Whole Self Somatics, the integrative framework that guides my work. Drawing on somatic therapy, nervous system science, and EMDR within a trauma-informed, attachment-informed frame, I also work with the understanding that we carry different parts within us — some that protect, some that hold old pain, and some that carry our deepest capacity for growth. Together we work to bring those parts into relationship, supporting genuine integration. EMDR reprocessing is offered when the timing feels right and is clinically indicated, always paced in service of lasting, sustainable change.
Professional Background
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #117686) in the state of California, holding a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Somatic Therapy. I bring over ten years of clinical experience in community mental health settings, supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, anxiety, grief, relational wounds, and significant life transitions.
A Little More About Me
My path toward this work has been as much personal as it has been professional. Over the years I have explored many healing modalities, each deepening my understanding of what it means to live in a body, to carry history, and to find one's way back to wholeness.
I am drawn to somatic therapy for its holistic nature — its refusal to separate body, mind, and spirit, but instead to see them as connected, woven, intricately linked. This is not just a clinical orientation for me. It is a way of moving through the world.
Outside of my work I find nourishment in photography, time in nature, and the company of family and friends. I believe deeply in the restorative power of beauty, presence, and connection — and I try to bring all of that into the room with me.
